I always reply to polite emails and text messages promptly. Note that I simply delete any offensive emails containing vulgar language or attempts to negotiate my stated donation
In life, the unexpected can happen from time to time; however, failing to show up for a scheduled session without adequate providing notice is just rude and disrespectful.
Due to the number of no-shows and cancellations, I have instituted the following conditions.
- If you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $75 must be made payable within 24 hours.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled session donation.
- If you can within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 100% of the scheduled session donation.
Any future requests for a session will necessitate a full deposit, non-refundable if you cancel again without 24 hours notice.
If for some reason, I need to cancel, I will refund the full amount to you.
Should you wish, I can apply it to a future appointment.
